Description
Canva Pro is the paid plan of Canva, the online design tool: premium templates, premium photos, videos, graphics and audio, Brand Kit, background remover and AI tools. This page offers Canva Pro for 1 or 12 months, activated on your own Canva account.
It suits anyone who creates visuals, presentations or documents in a browser, on a Windows or Mac computer, or on mobile.
“1 month” and “12 months” options, Activation on your account: when ordering, you give the e-mail address of your Canva account. You receive an invitation at that address; once you have accepted it, Canva Pro is active on your account for the chosen period. No username or password is asked of you, and the subscription does not renew automatically.
Access is for a single user and requires an existing Canva account. It is neither a code to enter nor a provided account: activation works through an invitation to your own account.
Installation and activation
This guide covers the Canva Pro options for 1 or 12 months, activated on your own account through an invitation. You can start in a browser without installing an app.
Check the address supplied with your order
Find the e-mail address of your existing Canva account and compare it with the one supplied with your order. The invitation activates access on that account for your chosen period of 1 or 12 months. If the address supplied is wrong, contact us before accepting an invitation. Do not send us your password.
Sign in to Canva
Open Canva and sign in to that account. Check that your usual profile is visible before opening the invitation.
Accept the invitation
Open the invitation e-mail sent to the address supplied with your order. Before accepting, check that Canva is signed in to the corresponding account. If Canva shows a team invitation, check its name and select Join the team. If the recipient or team does not match the shop’s instructions, contact us before accepting.
Select the invited workspace
Open your profile menu. If several teams appear, select the one named in the invitation. The page reloads in that workspace. If the team name does not match your order, contact us before creating documents there.
Check premium access
Check access to a premium feature in this workspace. If you can view billing in settings, check the active plan. If Canva still asks you to subscribe or shows an unexpected plan, contact us with the name displayed.
An error message?
If the invitation is missing, check spam and the address supplied with your order. If the link has expired, ask us for a new invitation.
